At Ellaé Lisqué, we want you to feel confident and glamorous in your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer store credit for eligible returns within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return for store credit.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact and undamaged.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your digital Ellaé Lisqué gift card will be issued via email within 5-7 business days.
